About VANITY BEAST Care

VANITY BEAST Care is an online store in the Philippines selling authentic OPPO Medical supports, compression stockings, back and posture support, and comfort insoles.

Product Information

Product descriptions, size guides, and activity notes are provided to help you choose the right fit, support level, and use for sports or daily activity. Product information is for fit, support, and activity guidance only. It is not medical advice. Please consult a qualified health professional for medical concerns, injuries, or conditions.

Orders and Acceptance

After checkout, your order is received for review. An order is accepted only after payment proof is uploaded, verified by our staff, and the order is confirmed for packing.

We may cancel or decline an order if payment is not verified, proof is incomplete, stock is unavailable, details are incorrect, or the order appears fraudulent or abusive.

Prices and Errors

We do our best to keep prices, product details, and availability accurate. If a price, discount, product detail, or stock status is clearly incorrect, we may correct the error, cancel the affected order, or contact you for confirmation before proceeding.

Payment and Proof Verification

We accept payment through static QR payment channels listed on the Payment page. The buyer must pay the exact amount, upload proof of payment, and provide the reference number when available.

Staff verification is required before packing. Fake, edited, reused, unclear, or mismatched payment proofs may result in order cancellation and may be reported to the proper platform, payment provider, or authority when appropriate.

Payment Window

Please complete payment and upload proof within 6 hours. If payment proof is not received within this period, the order may automatically expire or be cancelled.

Stock Availability

Stock is confirmed after payment verification. If an item becomes unavailable after verification, we will contact you with available options such as an alternate size, color, item, store credit where available, or refund.

Shipping

Orders are shipped nationwide in the Philippines via courier after payment verification and packing. Shipping timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather, holidays, and service interruptions.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled under our Returns Policy. Please review the Returns page before purchasing, especially for sizing, hygiene items, and item condition requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by Philippine law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected item or order. We are not liable for delays, losses, or issues caused by incorrect customer details, courier events, payment provider issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

We may update these Terms when needed. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date and terms version.
