Accepted Payment Channels

We accept payment through static QR codes for GCash QR, BDO QR, and BPI QR.

How to Pay

• Place your order and review the total amount due.
• Choose your preferred QR payment channel.
• Scan the correct static QR code.
• Pay the exact amount shown on your order.
• Save your payment confirmation or receipt.
• Upload your proof of payment through the order payment proof form.
• Enter the reference number when available.
• Wait for staff verification before packing.

Exact Amount Required

Please pay the exact order total. Incorrect amounts may delay verification and order processing.

Proof of Payment

Your uploaded proof must be clear and must show the payment date, amount, recipient, and reference number when available. Blurry, incomplete, mismatched, reused, fake, or edited proofs may be rejected.

Verification Time

Payment verification is usually completed within 2 business hours. Verification may take longer during high-volume periods, holidays, system issues, or if the proof needs manual checking.

Packing Starts After Verification

Your order is packed only after staff verifies your payment. Checkout alone does not reserve final packing priority.

Payment Window

Please complete payment and upload proof within 6 hours. Orders without verified payment within this period may expire or be cancelled.

Fake or Edited Proofs

Fake, edited, reused, or fraudulent payment proofs may lead to order cancellation and may be reported to the appropriate platform, payment provider, or authority.
