Where We Ship

We ship nationwide within the Philippines via courier.

When We Process Orders

Orders are processed only after payment proof is uploaded and verified by our staff. Packing starts after verification, not after checkout alone.

Same-Day Processing

Orders verified before 2:00 PM may be processed for same-day packing or dispatch when stock, staff schedule, and courier pickup are available. Orders verified after the cut-off may be processed on the next business processing schedule.

Shipping Fees

NCR shipping rate: ₱120
Provincial shipping rate: ₱180
Free shipping minimum: ₱1,999

Tracking

Once your order is handed to the courier, we will provide tracking details when available. Please monitor the tracking page or courier updates for delivery status.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on destination, courier route, weather, holidays, and other courier conditions. Remote or provincial areas may take longer.

Customer Details

Please provide a complete and accurate name, mobile number, and delivery address. Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details may require additional coordination or fees.

Courier Issues

If a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but not received, damaged in transit, or returned to sender, please contact us with your order code so we can help coordinate with the courier.
