Size confidence

How to measure

The right size gives the right compression. Use a soft tape measure, measure in centimetres on bare skin, and compare with the size chart on the product page. Each model has its own chart, so always check the product you are buying.

Knee

Stand with the leg straight. Measure around the leg about 10 cm above the centre of the kneecap (thigh) and/or around the centre of the kneecap, as the product chart says.

Ankle

Measure around the ankle just above the ankle bone. Some ankle supports use shoe size or the foot's widest part; follow the product chart.

Elbow & wrist

Elbow: measure around the arm at the elbow joint with the arm straight. Wrist: measure around the wrist bone.

Compression wear

Use chest, waist and hip measurements and your height, then compare with the garment chart.

Between two sizes?

Compression should feel snug but never painful, numb or tingling. If you are between sizes, message us your measurement and the product model and we will recommend a size before you order. Wrong size? See our exchange policy.
